Hey Family!

For those that don't know I attend Woodlawn Baptist Church. After my pops, who was a pastor, passed away (he used to come up to BTW with us) I prayed and the Lord led me to this amazing part of Christ's body!

Pastor Russell is good peeps and allows the Lord to use him to share powerful insight from God's word which has mos def shaped & equipped me in my service to the Lord. The church itself constantly has activities going on that are amazing & you can check those out here: www.woodlawnbc.org/events 

There is a prom February 9th for youth with special needs, there's a youth weekend event coming up February 16th where youth stay at host homes and enjoy bible study, food, food, and did I say food, and a great time just hanging out! Back in college I used to help lead these and they were a blast!

I had a chance to catch up with the man himself, Pastor Russell, to see what sermon series he's got going on for the next few weeks in case you're interested. Every time he does a new series I'll try and make sure ya'll know. See the above video if you haven't already!!!!
